Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom only

We do not offer international delivery at this time.
 

2. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

📦 3–5 working days from dispatch.

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
During busy seasons (such as Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.
 

3. Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery on all orders over £40

  • Standard delivery fee for orders under £40 will be shown at checkout
     

4. Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
 

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK delivery partners (including Royal Mail and courier services) to ensure your cheese arrives safely and on time.
 

6. Perishable Goods Handling

Our cheeses are packaged with care to maintain freshness during transit.
However, as the products are perishable:

  • You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Cheese should be refrigerated promptly after delivery

  • We cannot be held responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect address details
     

7. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Your courier may leave a card

  • You may need to rearrange delivery or collect from a depot

  • Items left outside are at the customer’s risk

Because cheese is perishable, we cannot refund or replace items that spoil due to missed or delayed collection.
 

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders where:

  • The address provided was incorrect

  • The parcel becomes undeliverable due to customer error

If you realise your address is wrong, please email us immediately at:

We will update it if the order has not yet shipped.
 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

✔️ We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.
 

10. Warm Weather Shipping

During unusually hot weather, delivery times may be adjusted to protect the product.
We may temporarily pause dispatches to ensure your cheese does not melt or spoil in transit.
 

11. Special Delivery Instructions

If you want items left in a safe place, please note:

  • We will pass the instruction to the courier

  • However, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or spoilage once left unattended
