Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £40.

Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to accept the order.
We cannot be held responsible for products spoiled due to missed deliveries.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Perishable Goods Policy

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable products such as cheese unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@waxedcheesecompany.com

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will replace the item or provide an alternative solution

We may request the return of the damaged item at our discretion.

We cannot accept claims outside the 48-hour window.
 

9. Subscriptions

If we offer subscription boxes:

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the plan.

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.

  • Subscription terms will be clearly displayed on the product page.
     

10. Gift Cards

Where gift cards are offered:

  • They are non-refundable.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.
